EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

CHARMAINE KATZ

The Executive Director provides leadership and vision for our affiliate consistent with the overall mission and values set forth by our Board of Directors.  Charmaine promotes and upholds the covenant with Habitat for Humanity International.  In addition, she reports to the Board and is responsible for staff management, internal and external public relations, donor solicitation and recognition, volunteer recruitment and recognition, family selection, budget development and adherence, and ensuring that board policies and goals are implemented by its committees.  The Executive Director is a non-voting member of the Board and Executive Committee, and an ad hoc member of all other Committees.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

SCOTT MATTINGLY

The Construction Manager oversees new house construction utilizing subcontractors and volunteers. Scott performs property site permitting and inspections, initiates and manages sub-contractor work, and conducts final inspections of all work. Scott was Executive Director for 8 years before transitioning to the Construction Manager position. He has been a valued member of our Habitat Family for almost 17 years in various capacities.
