To apply for a Habitat Home you must:

1. Be a resident of Colorado County

2. Have a current housing need

3. Have a reliable income that falls between 40-80% of the median income for the County

4. Be willing to partner with us

A Financial Training Class is also required for Habitat home ownership.  The class is open to anyone interested in getting their financial life in order.  Sign up to be notified when and where the next class will be held.
